Hermann-Rice short. Took less than a mile to work out the morning kinks and I quickly fell into a solid pace. After the Rice loop, I picked it up even a bit more. Obviously, felt pretty good this morning for whatever mysterious reason.

Saturday trails with TREX. Oppressive, nasty hot and humid morning. Started behind some slow folks, which was fine. Then a bit with Mariela at a sound pace. Then I got sucked into a too-fast pace over the length of Green. Pretty much wrung out by the time I hit Crestwood & the trip back included a lot of walking.

Hermann-Rice short. All the old man aches and pains were on full display this morning. Didn't start feeling close to loose until about mile 4. Had no interest in pushing the pace at all today.

Hermann-Rice short. After a day off because of work stuff, back at it this morning. Beautiful weather - 58 degrees and fairly dry - kept the legs turning over pretty good. Assorted aches, but nothing major.

Hermann-Rice long + Braes. Legs felt decent - calves better after Friday's painful session with Gale. But all of that pales in the face of 59 degrees at 10:30 a.m.!

Hermann-Rice short. Wasn't sure about this one, as both calves were pretty tight this morning. The tightness in the left calf eased away after a couple of miles. The right was basically there the whole time. Need to schedule some painful MT with Gale. Otherwise, legs felt pretty good for a second day in a row.

Hermann-Rice short. After three days off, I had to get back at it, tight calves be damned. The only issue was in the right calf - just going to have to keep working at it. Legs felt pretty good otherwise.
