Trails. Green out & back. Felt fairly smooth on the out. Hit the gate at 24:35, so not terribly quick. Felt somewhat wrung out on the return. Legs were solid, but the motor wasn't running 100%. Hopefully not catching my little girl's cold. Right shin was talking to me on and off. No better or worse than Tues.

Trails. Early afternoon run back in the Ho. Endless/Green/Renegade/Log Road. Really lovely afternoon. The trails were covered in fallen leaves of riotous colors. Legs felt a bit better than yesterday.

Hermann-Rice short + Braes. Nice, crisp afternoon weather helped with this one. Everything felt somewhat achy by the end, but at least I got a few miles in.

Hermann super short + Braes long. Figured I'd sneak a run in during a break in the rain. Of course, 5 minutes in, it starts to rain - pretty hard. Zero motivation. It was all I could do not to turn around. File it under the "better than nothing" category.

Trails. Back to the Ho for a shorter and slower Sunday run. Very relaxed pace on slightly flat legs. Managed to get my mileage for the week and the planned 5 out of 7 days running. Progress.

Hermann + Braes. Poor night's sleep found me feeling pretty ragged on this one. But the recent aches and pains weren't too bad. Plus, my goal was just to knock it out and string together 3 days in a row. Zero day tomorrow & then hopefully 10-11 over the weekend.
