Running 2:26:47 [4] 15.5 mi (9:28 / mi)
shoes: Adizero Aegis #2

Rocky Raccoon 25K. Gorgeous, cold morning. Perfect racing weather. Really, really good race. Pretty much squeezed everything I had out of it. Ran 100% of the course - no walking of note. Hit my splits and had a great time. 71 out of 315. A PR to boot.

Running 41:04 [3] 5.0 mi (8:13 / mi)
shoes: Adizero Aegis #2

Sabine with Chris. Very achy, stiff start - tight back, hips, etc. Typical, late-in-the-week, after-work condition. That said, freakin' gorgeous weather and a solid run overall.

Hermann-Rice short. Damp, cool early-morning run. Just a little ache in the left shin & hip, but felt fine otherwise. Wasted time early on trying to avoid puddles of water around Rice. Thought I was a roadie or something. Pushed the last 2 miles a bit harder for a good finish.

Running 24:40 [3] 2.4 mi (10:17 / mi)
shoes: Adizero Aegis #2

Hermann short. Pulled the plug on this one. Too many aches that failed to fade as I warmed up. Shins on both legs, left knee, back, you name it. Lugging a tired 47 lbs trick or treater a quarter mile last night definitely didn't help. Will hit the Advil today and see how things feel tomorrow. No real reason to run through aches today...

Running 1:21:38 [3] 8.0 mi (10:12 / mi)
shoes: Adizero Aegis #2

Sunday trails - solo. Took the legs almost a half hour to come alive, but once they did, I was able to keep an honest pace. Gorgeous morning.
