A Memorial loop + trails with TREX. Woke up feeling a little under the weather - scratchy throat, etc. Legs felt fine, but abdominals even worse than yesterday. Decided to cut the run short - good company but running was uncomfortable. Longest 7-day stretch in a while probably calls for a zero day tomorrow.

Hermann - Rice short. Nice afternoon run. Lower abdominal muscles were very tight throughout, but the legs felt pretty solid.

Trails solo. Green out & back w/ Endless Loop. 26:13 out, 26:32 back. Legs still didn't feel exactly spry, but much better than yesterday. Pushed the pace a bit throughout. Good run.

Sabine loop with Chris. Utterly sucktastic little run. Legs totally dead. Hips were providing zero drive. Obviously, Saturday's long run had an effect. Still, got the miles. That's something.
