Trails. Some walking mixed in, but primarily running. The stuff that has kept me on the shelf is still around, but I ran pretty freely. Held back instead by being completely out of running shape and dealing with some upper respiratory crud. Back at it tomorrow.
Session with Gale. Wow - a whole new level of pain. She really worked the hip down the quad, and there are clearly issues around the hip / low back / glute area on the left side. Gonna take some continued work. Joy.
Mixed walk/run at Hermann. Plan is to do something similar to this every other day for the next week and a half, and on the off days work on strength and flexibility. Will start to mix in longer runs with less (or no) walking in a couple of weeks.
