Government Canyon SNA w/ Robert. Just what the doctor ordered. Change of scenery, rocky trails, not oppressively hot, and solid time on the feet. Wish I had this place in my backyard.

Hermann-Double Rice-Village GW. Not going to be able to run long this Sat, so decided to do some extra today. Managed to keep the pace pretty solid for the distance. Good run.

Hermann-Rice long GW plus. Back at it after a couple of days off. Legs predictably flat early on, but everything fell into place after a couple of miles. Strong and steady effort.
