Hermann-Rice short GW. Everything felt pretty rested after a couple of zero days. Pulled back over the last mile because tomorrow should be a long day.

Hermann-Rice short GW. The pattern of late has been dead legs early and a bit more life late. Held true this morning. Legs felt really flat for most of the first 3 miles. The difference was that everything else felt excellent. Breathing/cardio were super solid, which allowed me to push the pace a bit even with flat legs. Once the legs started to come around, everything fell into place for a good run. Pushed the pace to 7:30-ish for the last mile & still had more in the tank.

Hermann-Rice long GW. Felt a bit blah for the first half, but things came around okay for the second half. Brick-in-the-wall kind of run.

Hermann-Rice short GW. Ooooh, the legs were definitely leaden after Saturday's long (miserable) run. But they started to come around over the last mile or two, so things should be fine.
