Saturday from Chris's house. Maybe 2.5 on the hard stuff and the rest was trails. Felt pretty good throughout, although definitely had some fatigue toward the end. Just nice to be able to run long enough to actually get fatigued without some body part breaking down or falling off.

Hermann loop. A short late-afternoon run. Energy was good even if the legs didn't feel exactly terrific.

Hermann-Rice short. The rainout I was secretly hoping for failed to materialize (the wicked thunderstorms rolled through hours earlier), so I had no excuse. Felt a bit rickety early on, but then settled into a reasonable pace. Other than general fatigue-ish aches, none of the usual suspects bothered me at all. So this one goes down as a nice run.

Hermann-Rice short. Although things weren't feeling exactly spry, none of the machinery was acting up and I managed a good, consistent effort and pace throughout. Plus, I got my ass out of bed and ran in the morning for the second day in a row. I am awesome.

Hermann + Braes. Getting my lazy ass out the door this morning was a win. The run itself was uneventful. Flat-ish legs, but not terrible. Rinse and repeat. That's the whole goal right now. Time approximate as my watch battery died.
