Braes short Hermann. Slept in like a lazy bum. No motivation to run later in the day, but taking a walk on a gorgeous afternoon is a different story.

Hermann-Rice short. Took less than a mile to work out the morning kinks and I quickly fell into a solid pace. After the Rice loop, I picked it up even a bit more. Obviously, felt pretty good this morning for whatever mysterious reason.
