Running 58:14 [3] 7.0 mi (8:19 / mi)
shoes: PureFlow Grey/Green

Hermann-Rice long + Braes. Another successful test of the knee on a very mild morning. Cardio wasn't all there, but the legs felt really solid throughout. Active rest tomorrow and then back to a normal week on Monday. A lot of work to do.

Running 37:03 [3] 4.2 mi (8:49 / mi)
shoes: PureFlow Grey/Green

Hermann loop. The slow overall pace was a result of a handful of short, planned walk breaks. The running itself felt just fine, as did the legs. As long as the knee stays quiet, the plan is to get back to something approaching a normal week (with maybe an extra day off).

Walking 33:36 [3] 2.7 mi (12:27 / mi)
shoes: PureFlow Grey/Green

Hermann short. Got out for a short test of the knee. Maybe a 50/50 mix of walking and running. Felt fine. Will try a short run tomorrow, and if that's good, it'll be time to get back after it.

Note
(injured)

Knee is feeling good. Rain kept me from walking.

Yesterday saw a major improvement. Walking up and down stairs with no ache at all. Things were a wee bit tight this morning, but will hopefully loosen up as the day progresses. If there are no setbacks, I may venture out for a 20-30 min walk tomorrow morning to see how it responds.

Noticeable improvement this morning has me feeling cautiously optimistic that I might be able to do some walking before week's end.

Day 2 of the jacked up knee. Advil really helps. That and beer.
