Saturday trails with TREX. Made it out to run with the group for the first time in a while. The overall time includes the typical waiting for folks at intersections - the running pace was generally pretty respectable. Took a nice spill early on and nailed my right hip on a root. It was okay for a bit, but after stopping for a few minutes, it tightened up pretty good. Think it'll be alright for CR - not a structural thing. Nice to be social every now and then. Might even make it back out before year's end.

HSP. Carved out a weekday morning to get in the final long run before CR Relay. Beautiful morning - 48 at the start and probably 70 or so by the finish. Legs felt reasonably peppy for most of it. Test drove the Lone Peak 2.0s. Once I got the lacing down, they performed fine & my feet were far more comfortable than they'd usually be over this distance.

Hermann-Rice short. Glorious cool weather this morning made everything better. Even my ankle, which wasn't a bother at all - go figure.

Hermann-Rice short. After a crappy night's sleep, wasn't sure what to expert. Sluggish first half opened up to a smoother second half. Left quad is still a touch sore - not bad, but still there. Plus, now there's some crazy ache around the right ankle area. No idea where this came from. Whatever.
