Memorial + Buffalo Bayou Park loop. Warm, soupy morning + low motivation made it hard to stay in the moment. Wanted to be done for most of the run. That said, it wasn't a bad run. Felt pretty strong most of the time.

Hermann. Woke up with tired legs and assorted minor aches. When I opened the door to leave, it started pouring. Waited for a few until it slowed down, but decided to shorten the run a bit & take it easy.

Hermann-Rice long + Braes. While the legs felt decent, there wasn't the fluidity of yesterday's run, which is reflected in the slower pace. Still, not a bad run in any way.

Hermann-Rice long + Braes long. Legs were much more with it today. Actually managed to fall into a nice groove for much of the run.

Hermann-Rice long. Some dead legs made for a languid pace. Things started to come around a bit by the 3 mile mark, but the residual effects of Saturday's effort were clear.
