Glen Canyon NRA , Railroad Tunnel Trail. Really nice morning to run along the edge of Lake Mead to Hoover Dam & back. Legs were good, but a bit tired by the end.

Hiking 2:15:00 [3] 7.0 mi (19:17 / mi) +600ft 17:50 / mi

McCullough Hills trail. Very nice hike with Robert, George, and a very energetic Nero. 3.5 out and back, with a good 500 ft climb over the mile before the turnaround.

Running 1:52:20 [3] 7.5 mi (14:59 / mi) +700ft 13:46 / mi
shoes: Inov8 Roclite 295-v2

River Mountain trails. Hopped the back fence at Tiff & RJ's, and grinded out a slight uphill for about 15 mins to the mountains and a bunch of phenomenal singletrack. Tremendous fun, until I clipped a rock and took a HARD fall. Pretty bloodied and walloped, it took a few minutes to get running again. Fortunately, no lasting issues.

Running 49:19 [3] 6.0 mi (8:13 / mi)
shoes: PureFlow3 Blue

Hermann-Rice short. Felt better than I thought it would, particularly after everything loosened up. Will try to sneak in a couple of runs over the holiday week.

Note
(rest day)

Legs feel pretty good, but as this is officially taper time, a second day off isn't a bad thing.

Note
(rest day)

Remarkably little soreness today, but the legs are clearly tired.
