Running 42:34 [3] 5.1 mi (8:21 / mi)
shoes: Altra Instinct 3.0

Hermann + Braes. Another rain out this morning killed the motivation. Managed to pull myself out for a late-morning slog. Not feeling it, but better than nothing, I suppose.

Running 47:57 [3] 5.9 mi (8:08 / mi)
shoes: PureFlow3 - DayGlo

Hermann-Rice short. Muggy ass morning. Felt pretty decent overall. Left calf not an issue - day's rest helped.

Running 46:35 [3] 5.9 mi (7:54 / mi)
shoes: PureFlow3 - DayGlo

Hermann-Rice short. Somewhat less nice outside this morning (although a day like this would seem like heaven 3 months from now). Turnover was a little more fluid, and while nothing felt great, nothing felt terrible either. Zero tomorrow - left calf is a little tight after 5 consecutive days on.

Running 53:21 [3] 6.5 mi (8:12 / mi)
shoes: Altra Instinct 3.0

Hermann-Rice long. Another nice morning. Legs were a little better than yesterday. Ended up running the last half with my next door neighbor, which was both nice (conversation) and difficult (he's young and fast).

Running 49:19 [3] 5.9 mi (8:22 / mi)
shoes: PureFlow3 - DayGlo

Hermann-Rice short. Lovely, cool morning. Too bad my legs felt like they were made of concrete. Brutal until maybe the last 1.5, when they felt just moderately shitty. A weekend of too much booze & crappy nutrition & crappier sleep. Need to turn things around.

Running 54:09 [3] 6.5 mi (8:20 / mi)
shoes: Altra Instinct 3.0

Hermann-Rice long. Warm but not unpleasant mid-morning run. Felt pretty decent, although it's obvious I've lost a lot of running fitness.
