Braes long + Hermann-Rice long + Braes short. Decent morning weather wise. Not as relaxed as yesterday. HR was a bit more variable & had to focus on keeping things near MAF (read: slow down). But all in all, a successful "long" run.

Hermann + Braes long. A little muggier than yesterday, but not awful. Didn't matter because for most of this one I felt tremendous. Super, super relaxed and strong. I'll take it.

Hermann + Braes long. Not exactly cool, but mild and dry. Really not bad at all. Everything felt super solid and easy. Probably should have pushed the pace a tiny bit.

Hermann + Braes. Ahhh, blessed sleep. Felt pretty good on this muggy ass morning. Fairly relaxed the whole way. Not terribly quick, but it was enjoyable.

Horrid night's sleep. Fell asleep right away then an hour & a half later, I was wide awake and all wound up. Grrrr. Outside chance of getting out for a short run after work. Like a way outside chance.

Hermann-Rice short + Braes. Super chill effort. Focused on staying relaxed and at / under MAF as much as possible. When the HR would creep up, I slowed down for a moment. Maybe the most consistent, relaxed MAF run yet.

Rice Metro and Minute Maid. Walked to the MetroRail station and then to the ballpark and back after the game.
