Braes long + H/R short + Braes. The average HR is a best guess, as the monitor was having serious connectivity issues for the first 1.5. Lovely, crisp morning. Once I settled in, the run took on a metronomic quality - super relaxing.

Hermann. Just a short, "back at it" effort. Beautiful, chilly morning. The stupid HR monitor was wacked out for the first mile, so the average HR is a guess. Legs felt really good.
