Saturday Jul 20 #

Walking 36:10 [1] 1.7 mi (21:16 / mi)
shoes: Escalante 1.5 G/Y

Dog walk. Going to take some time off to let the right foot and left hamstring/glute chill out. May break the bike out...

Friday Jul 19 #

Running 54:50 [1] 4.5 mi (12:11 / mi)
ahr:119 max:132 slept:7.75 shoes: Escalante 1.5 - Neon

Hermann. Hot, of course. Foot hurt. May have to take some time off, but not yet. Decent overall.

Thursday Jul 18 #

Running 57:51 [1] 4.75 mi (12:11 / mi)
ahr:119 max:132 slept:8.0 weight:157lbs shoes: Escalante 1.5 G/Y

H/B. Typical sucky conditions. Right foot was more hurty than usual, but nothing horrible. Legs felt decent overall. Hacking and general crud wasn't too bad.

Wednesday Jul 17 #

Running 38:00 [2] 3.0 mi (12:40 / mi)
slept:6.25 shoes: Escalante 1.5 - Neon

HS. Nasty, but not quite as nasty as yesterday. Horrible night's sleep. Stuck to so pretty mild sprints and a handful of other pick ups.

Tuesday Jul 16 #

Running 53:20 [1] 4.2 mi (12:42 / mi)
ahr:119 max:135 slept:7.75 shoes: Escalante 1.5 G/Y

Hermann. Sweet Jesus, it was terrible out there. Pure death swamp conditions. Still a bit of crud making the chest a little tight (started hacking some crap up after a couple of miles), paired with the horrible conditions made for slow going.

Sunday Jul 14 #

Running 1:20:11 [1] 6.75 mi (11:53 / mi)
ahr:119 max:131 slept:8.0 shoes: Escalante 1.5 - Neon

H/RL. Hot but still breezy. A decent night's sleep makes a difference. Felt really solid. HR was super chill throughout.
