Making at least 20min mistake and my legs feeled really tired. A race to forget.

Run a little other the warmup map.

Middledistance Race. Run the elite course witch was won by Klaus Schgaguler. Very stony map named "rock paradies". Unfornatly it was in scale 1:7500, what didnĀ“t suit to the status as world ranking event.

Night sprint in the city of Regensburg. My start at 23:05 was a little bit late, but it was realy fun to run through the city with your headlamp on. With al the tourist still were out it was little bit like running in Venecia.
