Choice of 8k or Half Marathon, went for the Half as easier on the hamstring.
First half marathon since 2007, ran at a steady 4.30/K, it seamed a long way!
A bit sore after as not used to that distance on tar.

Hamstring getting there but still just plodding as I can feel it a bit.
Unfortunately have now hurt my back which hurts if I breath heavily so acts as a limiter.

Another disappointing run but have never managed a good performance around Jedburgh with Garmin measuring. As slow as the first 8k of my last virtual 10k with two kilometers showing 4.20 in the usual blackspots.
A bit icy in places but happy to just get it done as there was a big thaw from Saturday.
