Good conditions with just a bit of wind in the face for 2nd half.
Good time considering lack of speedwork (3 sec of PB)

Nice little area but a bit too much in thick green.
Good run aprat from naviagting from 12 to nearby 3 instead of 13. (lost about 3 mins!)

Great course with lots of variety in a generally runable area.
Started slowly and had a couple of misses and one WD out of a control but crucially got the route choice legs right.
