Was with Jethro until last climb, but went backwards up first part of it.
Maybe just too far for my current training but might try a gel as have experienced this before at same stage. Finished just over 1 min down and outside my 70 min target.

Tidy run, clean at the start but a few hesitations and sub-optimal routes when I tired a bit. Job done with a good lead for final.
