Running warm up/down 30:00 [3] 3.0 mi (10:00 / mi)
shoes: Saucony Perigrine 7

Running race (Vogrie Parkrun) 19:49 [5] 5.0 km (3:58 / km)
shoes: Saucony Perigrine 7

Ideal conditions and felt quicker but usual time.
4 Parkruns at this venue this year in varying conditions.
Fastest 19.49, slowest 19.52.
At least I'm consistent!

Running hills (Eildon Hills x3 ) 50:00 [4] 6.0 km (8:20 / km) +480m 5:57 / km
shoes: Saucony Perigrine 7

Too nice a day not to be out so had a run around most of the hill race route.
Hope they cut the gorse. (Legs scratched to bits)

Biking long (Bike to work) 37:50 [3] 12.0 mi (3:09 / mi)

Biking hills (Bike home from work) 1:07:07 [3] 16.0 mi (4:12 / mi)

Horrible headwind so decided if it was going to be tough I might as well get some hills in.
Back via Caverton Mill, Cessford, Crailinghall & Overwells

Orienteering race (Heronhill Sprint) 15:11 [5] 2.9 km (5:14 / km)
shoes: Salomon Fellraiser

Another nice little sprint venue. Steep and tricky enough for me to make an error in the Whin bushes (lack of concentration)

Running warm up/down 30:00 [3] 3.0 mi (10:00 / mi)
shoes: Saucony Kinvara TR2

Running race (Gala 10k) 40:53 [5] 10.0 km (4:05 / km)
shoes: Saucony Kinvara TR2

Finished 2nd 50, 13sec down, feel I should have had a go at the leader but didn’t realise he was a 50 and settled to finish behind. Need more races to get a racing edge.
