Good fun again and a bit more difficult than last week.
Wrong shoes (down 3 times!).
Orienteered a bit better than last week, more under control.

Was going ok until I suffered the steamed up glasses again. (I don't know how I have got away with this for almost 2 years).
Ran with my normal glasses and used anti- mist spray but lost 6.5 mins in 2 controls (was going ok up to this point), couldn't get them dry or clear.
Sun came out dried them and was fine again.
Very frustrating as again couldn't see the terrain or the controls until I was on top of them.
Last 3 forest/fell events spoiled by this.
