Broxburn, controlled race, a couple of poor routes but no errors, pleased to win against a strong field. Stiil coughing up gunge but legs at least well rested.

Didn't push quite as hard, just a couple of hesitations, tired towards the end.
Finished just ahead of Keith Tonkin to win.
7 of us capable of winning today with Dave Robertson and Jon Hollingdale to add its going to be a fun season.

Still struggling a little so missed the Masters XC today but felt up to an easier run around the dunes at night.
John Muir Country Park.
Finished 2nd M55 after a 5 min mistake at 11 (map was hopeless in that area but still shouldn't have lost that much.)
The rest went ok so going to give the British Nights a try.
May need a better torch, my old bike light starting to fail.

Throat now sore and cold symptoms started.
Going to rest this week and hope it goes away for the weekend.
