Atmospheric little race around the walls of Berwick. (Originally designed to keep people like me out!). Short and fast with a steep climb after about 1 mile.
Finished 4th with a strong last 500m.

Ran the MV course, finished 3rd but could easily have won.
Missed a small gap (again) early on with resulted in 2 poor route choices then got caught out (along with many others) when the course line obscured a narrow alley and lost another minute. Unfortunately got annoyed at this and concentration went for a while resulting in missing a few junctions etc but got it back together again at the end.
1:4000 rather than 1:5000 map may have helped but area probably too big for this.

Wanted to combine biking with running so went for a quick spin when I got home.
