Biking long (Road bike) 4:42:27 [3] 69.0 mi (4:06 / mi)

Bit of an expedition, cycled to Innerleithen and met Jed who had cycled down from Edinburgh (About half way but a tougher run for her).
On to Jedburgh over the classic Border hill routes, Paddy Slack and the 2 Swires then back from Askirk joining up with Eileen at Lilliesleaf.
An enjoyable day on quiet roads although the wind was tough at times (10 mph and peddling hard down a long decent!)

Took the mountain bike out to test the leg.
Went ok but a bit sketchy on semi slicks.

Out and back route for Henderson race ( measured 1.65k on Garmin so probably a bit long). Quite pleased with time with extra distance and stop to turn. Not pleased to tweet a hamstring!
Unable to run 2nd part of race (riverside run)
