Walk/run up Green Gable and Great Gable from Seathwaite with Eileen.
Beautiful clear almost wind free day. Great views from the tops.
A bit of scrambling in a couple of places.

Evening event in Keswick.
Really enjoyed being back out orienteering competitively in an urban environment.( Even had SI air)
Predictably went too fast and completely lost myself at one point loosing 2-3 mins.
Great fun though!

Certainly no races to have to plan around.

Race cancelled so ran it anyway (with Jed).
Another great day to be out on the hills.
Was getting punished towards the end as legs had gone.
Saw several orienteers out there.
