Another disappointing run but have never managed a good performance around Jedburgh with Garmin measuring. As slow as the first 8k of my last virtual 10k with two kilometers showing 4.20 in the usual blackspots.
A bit icy in places but happy to just get it done as there was a big thaw from Saturday.
