Howdenburn, Hunthill, Delvadiddy and The Boug with Eileen.
Back via Bonjedward Mill and bike track.

Note

Hamstring getting there but still just plodding as I can feel it a bit.
Unfortunately have now hurt my back which hurts if I breath heavily so acts as a limiter.
