Virtually no mud so a very fast course. (Ran in trail shoes as my spikes were too long!). Couldn't get into any rhythm on the first lap as was constantly checking and dodging due to the numbers. (Almost 700 in the men's race)
Tough race as involved in head to head races all the way. Well paced run gaining about 20 places on the last lap.
5th M60.

Ran this one hard as the course was not that technical.
Only one error at 9 when I missed the exit from the control, realised I was wrong and as usual instead of just going the best route to the control went back and around the way I intended to go.
Got away with it as I was far enough ahead. 1st MSV
