Sprint in Ballymena NI, great event with a very varied course. Very friendly and helpful organising team.
Finished 2nd MSV, 12s down after loosing 20s by going straight through vegetation on a route choice.
Well worth the trip, easier to get to than the Midlands or South of England.
There and back in a day £26 return Ryanair from. Edinburgh.

Orienteering race (Scottish Relays) 26:23 [4] 3.9 km (6:46 / km)
shoes: NVii Sprint

Roseisle (My favourite forest).
Ran course D (which was a bit short for my age category but suited our team).
1st leg so in a chase for the first 5 controls then completely on my own in the forest for the rest. Took it carefully and hit everything to come back with a big lead. Robin and Kirstin were also both relatively clean to give Roxburgh Reivers the overall win in the clubs handicap for the 3rd time. (2nd only to the mighty FVO).

Orienteering (Sprint Training) 24:32 [3] 4.4 km (5:35 / km)
shoes: Saucony Ride ISO2

Map memory and head to head.
