feels alot warmer than yesterday, even though it was snowing a bit and some wind.

Was rly cold today as well, but i'd say the same conditions as yesterday. Freakin cold =O. The trail pretty easy to run on, except i go off it sometimes cuz its hard to see in the dark

- to park was 8 mins

- the loop itself was 29:10

i felt like pushing the 2nd and 3rd hill to up the heart rate and lose my breath a bit. also gunned it in a few places cuz i wanted to :P

p.s i promise to continue working out again when im done wit my summativess.. =D

Ran with my dad today! Finally =]

- some of the run was done on packed snow, some places not so much
- ran to park
- loop around in park with 3 climbs and 3 downhills
- ran from park back home

it was a nice run, however a bit cold.. my index fingers got kinda cold, and there was cold wind in our faces all the way from the park back home, but i still enjoyed it =)

I felt really tired and drowsy from doing my summatives.. went for a short run to clear my head and get some fresh air
