Got a hugee international business project due tuesday... stressed and no time as usual.. =/

cant go on trail yet, its dirt/ice there right now, so ran on pavement.
sucks for calves as usual.

terrible night of sleep.
went to sleep late, and it was terribly windy here. at around 5:30AM the wind changed direction, and everyone woke up.. and i just remember staring at the ceiling until 7:00.. i dont think i fell asleep after.
School was so/so.. not a great mood though. Most of the people in my classes woke up in the middle of the night, or had bad dreams..
Legs hurt from my 2 day runs on pavement. Had to force myself to go jog, but still did it.. eventually..

Wow what a run bay bayyyy! :D

It was around the same temp as yesterday, but it was raining, and pretty hard!
I took a windbreaker and a hat with me for the first loop, they both got wet, so i dropped them off at the end of it. None the less, my time was 35 seconds faster than yesterday's first loop! Ran the second one, felt really nice, especially near the end, very steady breathing!

By the end i was soaking wet, but its all good! =P

Ended up running a min faster than yesterday. =)

Finally Some Speed!!

It was +7 today, and since i dont know whats going on in the park, i went for one of my prev. winter loops on the streets.

It was so amazing.. felt great from the first minute i started running, and finally some grip =P

There were puddles and stuff in some places, and obviously the sidewalks are not dry, but it was still great. My legs and back was allll muddy after =D

Each loop is 6.7km

Loop 1: 26:40

Loop 2: 25:45

Amazing i loved it! =)
