HR data a bit iffy!
After suffering all week with "the cold" really no idea how this would go.
Felt a bit below average on warm up - which isn't unusual, actually usually a better sign than feeling good!
Decided to go out hard and see how I long could hang on - answer - until just into the third lap!
Splits :- 6:39 / 6:54 / 6:58 / 0:08 run in
ok - not great, but I survived!

Dry alternative to ORE
OaB via Little Wold Lane, through the gated field, mtb trail diag. up to top of woods. Down the side of the path at Comber Dale then straight on at the switch back instead of over the stile. Long climb up to the turn (when you're tired / utw).
Similar to ORE in distance and also about a minute quicker on return.
Still a bit coldy but more of a runny nose type cold now rather than a sore throat. Still rubbish overnight as well :(

Trying to avoid the worse of the sloppy underfoot conditions.
Although cold a bit better, still not great last night, felt really rubbish, especially first half of run :(
