Effective this date, I am once again under GP advice re: a recurring right heel / achilles tendon issue for which I am prescribed Neproxen + specialist osteomyologist + post-session icing and/or complete rest. Latter element is highly unlikely given the fact I've been running for 40+yrs. & I have a 3yrs. old English Pointer who lives for his 6-7am daily runs :)
