Plyometrics (Body Shred) 30:00 [5]

This is a bit of red letter day: I did Body Shred. Haven't done it since my embolism; it was too hard on the heart. I did it! I did the class! I think it wasn't the toughest ever - I wonder if they've even dialled it down as it was so crazy tough - but I'm proud I was there and just sweating instead of worrying about my pounding heart. :)

A bit of spinning. Felt pretty good! Pretty pumped to have two workouts In a day even if they are not long. I ascribe all positive training feelings to a motivating ski and chat about training with Liza. ;) Also maybe the extra training hours from the csm are kicking in.
