Dave's trail run in amazing heat. Ended up running behind this group of 20 something francophones with cross-fit bodies (shirtless). they were chatting easily and I was killing myself. f***ing cross-fit.

Functional Strength (paddling specific) 45:00 [3]

tested out strength routine I found online for paddling. included fake paddling on the board you usually use for situps (you tuck your feet under a bar).

New commute to work from westboro home is just long enough to be worth recording, especially with my new load of canned food that I have decided to carry to get used to having weight on my back. Maybe I should bring a can-opener.
