so nice that goodlife has proper spin bikes for use outside of spin class. It's just a little embarrassing sweating that much in front of everyone walking by.

Took the long way home on the bike path and added some repeats of pink lake hill. felt pretty slick on my old kona mtb (fat tires) with a bag of cans and a bike lock on the outside doing intervals with the roadies.

a heavy bag is hard on the lady parts.

lunch run - in a new job, trying to get my team used to the fact that I will leave at lunch. They don't. Leave the office. All day. So unhealthy, and it's just the office culture. I'm pretty sure they don't need to do it! They chat a lot. I would prefer to save chatting and run instead. Will chat in Ireland. ;)

Mountain bike home from the cottage - tried a bunch of non-biking-allowed (hence technical trails) and discovered my mtb skills have suffered from all my road biking this year. Not hugely successful. Plus I was turbo tired!
