I biked to the train station this morning and then biked home from work at Bloom.

I was fine on the long bike ride home from Bloom (19+ miles) until I hit the Coon Rapids Dam. After that, I think the last few miles were the slowest miles I've ever put on a bike.

I've got to start somewhere if I am going to get back into shape and potentially be ready to race this Winter (X-skiing)
