Running (Mud Factor) 42:00 [5] 3.1 mi (13:33 / mi)

Courtney and I participated in the Mud Factor out in Ham Lake with some of her co-workers from Mary T and their spouses.

It was cold and wet, but still pretty fun. Low 50s and it started raining on us. Some of the obstacles were tough, but they were a welcomed break from the run.

Dave and I met at the gym and lifted weights this morning. We mostly did upper body.

Tricep Extentions

Core

Bicycling 40:00 [3]

I biked to get my haircut and then to Sara's softball game. Courtney met me at Sara's game. We biked to Dairy Queen after the game and then home.
