Ran around Lake Padden trails with 8 of my good friends.

Sweet ride at mt galbraith with 10 good friends. Blizzard came in right at the top. The upper trails had about an inch or two of snow. So much fun! SST rocked!

Great upper body workout. Cable pulls across lower middle upper. Dips. Push ups. Declined dumbell chest press 35-45 lb. Floor chest press. Cable military, chest press, tricep extensions. Medicine ball squat throws vertical and horizontal against wall.
