A few running drills to help legs - and encourage the juniors to warm-up properly.

Relay training in Bellwood, good session, no controls but tapes at several sites (for event this Sunday). Hit all except one - stopped short on wrong distinctive tree - realised it on next control as it came up way too soon.
Really struggling running - heavy legged and plodding (compared to the juniors who were bouncing along).

Extended session to make up for last few nights misses. A bit tight in various places.
