Hanging controls in the back yard (Dess Woods)

orienteering intervals 12:00 [5]

Moving a few controls for tomorrow’s academy festival + needing some speed work so turned it into interval session, ended up as 6 x approx 2 mins with 2 mins recovery, first 3 uphill, then roughly contouring then down and finally uphill. Certainly feeling breathing from the start and legs struggling by the end so session must have done something good!

Hanging controls for evening training session for local running club, Tyrebagger but almost all on tracks so quite pleasant:-)
