Shooting Greens to Hill of Gooch and long way back (got lost in the dark...)Headtorch run with S, SP & ME. Nice evening, left calf fine, felt a slight tightness a couple of times but nothing else. A bit of sciatic twinge on a downhill near end but a stretch seemed to ease it off.
I think faster pace on Sunday is what caused the cramping. need to stay in terrain or small paths to keep intensity without too much speed.
