Note

Hanging & collecting controls at Cambus, walking due to having started de-training phase of medical research (4 weeks of only 10 mins high intensity training each day).
Right thigh a bit tender from 2 muscle biopsies so probably best to avoid running anyway.

steady run 36:00 [3]

Craig lash road to quarry then down through Sluie to Potties and joined Deeside Way here...

pace run 29:00 [4]

pace effort from Potties to home, through Kinker and up Deeside Way. Eased off on last hill.
Felt crap for first part to quarry turnoff but at Potties started to enjoy things and gradually pushed the pace. Feeling more sprightly than for a while. Dark by end but path is good enough to run in very little light.

stretching 10:00 [1]

cycling 1:00:00 [2]

With E - parked at Boghead and cycled Deeside Way to Dinnet and along to Cambus station, turned off onto riverbank path (got quickly and severely dropped by E here on the single track...). Stopped at Sloe bush and picked 2 tubs, never seen such large and juicy sloes - looked almost good enough to try raw, but sense prevailed :-)
Back by riverbank track then Deeside Way. Lovely sunny day.

steady run 1:50:00 [3]

Dinnet - Loch Kinord, old drove road to Cambus, loop at western end, Deeside Way (met SA and then DA on his bike), riverbank path - Dinnet.
First time on that part of river Dee since the floods - utter devastation in places, whole new shingle banks, islands disappeared and new river course appearing. Incredible - need to go for a walk to appreciate it more closely.
Plus spotted some sloes the size of grapes - need to get some!
