DNC Wood of Easter Clune. Touhg area, tough course, esp 5-6 through the (out of date mapped) gorse... Lots of prickles in my legs but at least spiked the control. Most navigation OK but legs felt desperately tired and heavy - lack of warm-up didn't help on first 20 mins either!
Right calf grumbled away throughout but never got too bad.
Then helped push cars out of the parking field - we were in the wettest corner of the whole field...

Jog to start then pretty much straight off - to try to stay ahead of E.

Inverey with E & S, extra warm-up at start as bridge out... along to west but cut short plan to run along Glen to col and back along ridge - too many aches and pains and head-wind. Up to ridge instead and back down across moor to first. pleasant enough but feeling usual Tuesday post-pilates awkwardness. Right calf aching in various places...
