Dinnet - Cambus, over top and back via loch side. Cut out to road on a couple of sections - road tires not best on gnarly rocky bits!
Legs felt fine, mostly steady effort. With S, E, TH, RH & GH

Easter Balmoral to some remote cairns at west of estate - started on tracks then a lot of terrain and a couple of new hills and cairns for me. With S, BS & SR plus Maisie. Very pleasant run and weather stayed mild and dry, though a bit breezy on western ridge. Lots of nice running underfoot. Saw plenty of deer when coming off Ripe Hill. Lots of flowers - blue, pink, purple - must be before the deer eat them all...

Muir of Dinnet, from reserve car park to east then up into woodland towards Redburn and back over the top of hill above car park. Mostly OK but struggling in uphill heather sections...

orienteering 30:00 [3]

Hanging and collecting controls for after-school club. Legs feeling reasonably good.

cycling hills 24:00 [5]

Same as last week, 6x4 uphill.
Managed significantly further today - all intervals were further than any last Thursday. Not sure why, I felt there was a slight headwind today (I certainly got down a lot quicker today).
Legs felt stronger - maybe they have adapted quickly to the cycling?

cycling warm up/down 54:00 [3]

Down track to Deeside Road then along to Lumphanan road, back via DAP and hill - legs didn't feel as knackered as last week.

steady run 48:00 [3]

Deeside Runners - Lap of 2 bridges, had planned to do steady but all others were doing intervals, chose slower/shorter group and joined in with 5 x 3 mins 1.5 recovery, never more than effort 4 and mostly less. Very pleasant run.
