Same as last week, 6x4 uphill.
Managed significantly further today - all intervals were further than any last Thursday. Not sure why, I felt there was a slight headwind today (I certainly got down a lot quicker today).
Legs felt stronger - maybe they have adapted quickly to the cycling?
cycling warm up/down 54:00 [3]
Down track to Deeside Road then along to Lumphanan road, back via DAP and hill - legs didn't feel as knackered as last week.
steady run 48:00 [3]
Deeside Runners - Lap of 2 bridges, had planned to do steady but all others were doing intervals, chose slower/shorter group and joined in with 5 x 3 mins 1.5 recovery, never more than effort 4 and mostly less. Very pleasant run.
