ScotJOS training at Dunfermline, at start/finish all session then fell asleep on minibus heading home. Feeling drained despite virtually no running.

Deeside way to east dow not river and back via DAP road. Small breakfast and struggled from 20 minutes - lack of fuel.

DNC Crathes. A somewhat easy course (alright - far too much track running), lost maybe 30-40 seconds in total and was 6 minutes down on MG. On the positive, no problem at all from calf (I think I can ignore this now - as long as I keep doing some glute work). And I felt strong in terrain. But I was plodding...

Intervals intervals 20:00 [5]

10x2+1 round Loch Kinord. Windy but v mild (12.5C). Legs felt a bit tired but aerobics were main limiting factor. Overcooked a couple and struggled to keep moving. Set out to do 8 minimum but added the extra last 2.

after school running club, to green then some intervals, joined in a few efforts. Calf totally fine, breathing and legs not so fine.
