DNC Crathes. A somewhat easy course (alright - far too much track running), lost maybe 30-40 seconds in total and was 6 minutes down on MG. On the positive, no problem at all from calf (I think I can ignore this now - as long as I keep doing some glute work). And I felt strong in terrain. But I was plodding...
