South Deeside road over to Glen Tanar and back via Pannanich ridge. with S and 5 others. equally showers - getting gradually colder. Felt pretty stuffed from start and glad to turn back at foot of Mt Keen with SR & ME. Still going OK at end so not totally knackered by the run.
Checking tapes for DNC on MoD. Glorious forest, shame the forest munchers have bashed it about in parts. Managed to find most tapes - getting awful dark by the end! Feeling pretty tired.
Surveying Levenmouth Ac. Blowing a hooly - almost blown over a couple of times... Out for about 3 hours total. Feeling completely wiped out by time got home - over 4 hours driving plus wind plus hard couple of days... too much.

DNC Potarch. Lots of track running but stuck at it and happy to be 2nd behind MG (though 8 mins down...). Only 1 error - got dragged right on the trickiest leg near end, faffed a little then relocated and lost about 1 minute. Managed to drop AB by scaling a fence - he came back looking for the "gate" I had used :-)

Mapping a school grounds (bloody freezing) and indoor (nice and warm). Total 3 hours but lots of standing around.

Good 'ol 5x4+2 round Aboyne roads with deeside Runners. Had tp explain route 'cos all the old dudes are gone! Left thigh got a strange tight 2" long hot spot after about 1 min on first interval but eased back a fraction and was OK. Massage after found a definite sore bit - will monitor over next few days. Overall session was OK, nearly at back of group but at least I got it done, onwards and upwards.
