Night-O at Airds park - went out to clear my head and get some exercise, ended up lovin' it! Not moving particularly quickly but pretty much nailed the nav until second last (drifted, dislocated and ended up too far right and too low.
Forest incredibly wet underfoot and had a pretty broken surface (cattle?).
Anyway had a good time :-)

Academy to S Deeside road and back then jog back with RC from end of intervals

El Classico - 5x4+2 round the old route in Aboyne. Unfortunately I am not the runner I once was ;-) so last on each interval. Could have done session again at end - legs hardly worked, all heart & lungs limited. But tried to keep working and keep it honest.
